Thank you for choosing Backyard Realty Group! If you would like to rent one of Backyard Realty Group’s properties you can fill out an application with our easy to use online rental application.
The rental application is $55 non-refundable per person over 18 years old. All parties over 18 years old must fill out an application. The application must be filled out in its entirety, if you have any questions while completing the application process please call our office during business hours at 770-517-1761. We also must receive a copy of all parties’ driver’s licenses or other forms of picture ID as well as copies of a recent paycheck stub for all working adults. To complete your online application now:
Visit our available rentals page and click on the property that you are interested in.
When the listing opens click on Apply Now. Complete the series of questions and pay electronically at the end.
